Мод доступности для roguelike экшен РПГ Hades II получил новое обновление.
Моды добавляют поддержку чтения с экрана на протяжении всей игры, хотя в нескольких местах это всё ещё требует определённых доработок.

Также вероятно вам потребуется установить последнюю версию R2ModMan

I am pleased to announce that the mods adding accessibility to Hades II have just reached version 1.0!
Unfortunately, Erumi321, who was working on the mods, has not been in touch for a long time, so I decided to take over the project and continue his work. After more than a month of coding, I think the mods are ready to be released so that you can enjoy this amazing game!
I gave it my all, and even though it was hard at times, I think I can be proud of myself. big_smile
The readme file contains all the necessary keyboard shortcuts.
The mods add screen reader support throughout the game (a few places still need slight improvement).

  1. Download the latest R2ModMan from:

  2. Launch the downloaded file.
  3. The app is very easy to navigate and looks like a website. In the edit field, type “Hades II” to search for it.
  4. From the list below click on Hades II “select game”
  5. Create the new profile for the game and insert your name of it (like Hades II)
  6. After that you will see you have 0 mods installed so select the “downloads” category.
  7. You will see list of mods below. You will see “Blind_Accessibility v(latest version) by erumi321”
  8. Download this one (watch out for version selection when you will click on “Download” Link. It can show in the upper side of the page)
  9. You will also Need screen readers mod so from the same list you will find “Hades_2_TOLk_Compatibility (lestest version) by erumi321”
  10. Do the same as in step 8.
  11. Download the package from the following link and replace the plugins folder in the following path:
    C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\r2modmanPlus-local\HadesII\profiles\Default\ReturnOfModding

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There are currently 2 issues I am aware of but the game is still fully accessible.
1. The Path Of Stars (Talent menu) has some navigation issues but is completely doable. The screen isn’t refreshing after enabling / modifying your talents there.
2. Interaction prompt on doors is buggy and I am trying my best to solve it but I need to investigate it further probably with the SuperGiant Team and Modding authors. To successfully interact with a door use the teleport, when next to the door you want to interact with open and close the inventory / boon screen and it will work.
